ABSTRACT

Southern Peninsular Malaysia has four well-known acidic water Cryptocoryne species, C. cordata var. cordata, C. griffithii, C. nurii var. nurii, and C. schulzei as well as three welldocumented, naturally occurring interspecific hybrids, C. ×purpurea nothovar. purpurea, C. ×timahensis and C. ×decus-silvae.

Here two additional hybrid combinations are presented and illustrated, viz. C. ×griffithiioides and C. ×schulzeioides.
